Cardi B Warns Fans: Boost Ticket Sales or Face Consequences

Cardi B is expressing concern over ticket sales in Hamilton during her ongoing Little Miss Drama Tour in North America. While most tour dates are nearly sold out, the show in Hamilton on March 31 is lagging behind in ticket sales. In a now-deleted Instagram story post, Cardi B humorously warned Canadian fans that if they don’t boost ticket sales, she might take action. She mentioned that the majority of tour dates are almost sold out, with only around 80% of tickets sold for the Hamilton show at TD Coliseum.

Ticket availability maps on Ticketmaster show that there are still many tickets unsold for the Hamilton date, while only a few scattered seats remain for a Toronto show on March 30. Similar situations are seen for shows in Kansas City, Chicago, and Newark, where a limited number of seats are still available.

Ticket prices for the Hamilton show start at approximately $118, while prices for the Toronto show start at $314. Despite the slow ticket sales in Hamilton, the city remains a hub for music according to Hamilton Mayor Andrea Horwath.

Multidisciplinary artist Leon (Eklipz) Robinson believes that rising living costs may be affecting fans’ willingness to purchase tickets. He emphasized that Cardi B’s playful warning to fans doesn’t reflect a lack of love for her music in Hamilton. Robinson also noted the potential impact of increased advertising and Cardi B’s callout on ticket sales.

Cardi B has upcoming tour stops in Chicago and New York City before heading to Toronto and Hamilton at the end of the month.
